     She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Cecil; four brothers, Seth Purcell, Jeff Purcell, Jim Purcell, Henry Purcell; and one sister, Ora Purcell Tally. She is survived by one sister, a twin, Laura Voigt of Red Rock; and four children, daughter Margie and husband Robert, Joan and husband Don Flynt and two sons, Gene Culpepper and wife Betty, Dwain Culpepper and wife Teresa; 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild; all of Ennis.
     Services were held at Keever Chapel in Ennis with the Rev. Clyde Johnson and the Rev. Eddie Ricks officiating. Interment was in Myrtle Cemetery, Ennis. Pallbearers were grandsons, Robert and Robbie Flynt, Kelly Wolf, Gary Culpepper, and nephew, Carl Voigt. Known to her family and friends as "Jocey," she gave so lovingly, her time and energy, to helping others.5
