Biography* Maria Isabella Holladay was born on Sept. 28, 1869 to Maria Antonette DeLoach and Charles Augustus Holladay. Maria Antonette DeLoach was the daughter of Thomas DeLoach and Amelia Isabella Magnan (born June 30, 1847 in Upson Co., Ga. & d. Jan 20, 1935 in Chambers Co., Al.).

Charles Augustus Holladay was m. Oct 8, 1863 in Chambers Co., Al.. He was the son of John M. Holladay, Jr. & Maria Rebecca Magnan. Maria was born in 1815 in Jones Co., Ga. to Charles Louis Magnan and Elizabeth Mallam Halsted, daughter of Jonathan Halsted.

Maria Rebecca Magnan and Amelia Isabella Magnan were sisters. Maria Rebecca Magnan and John M. Holladay, Jr. were married on Nov. 4, 1830 in Jones Co., Ga. Maria died after 1888 in Chambers Co., Al. John M. Holladay died after 1880 in Chambers Co., Al.1
