Miscellaneous4 Jul 1820 A writ of fieri facias (an order for the sheriff to collect a judgment) was issued in the suit of John Lowe and Reuben Cole against William Culpepper, Sr. and William Culpepper, Jr., land seized by James Riley, Sheriff, and sold for $34 to Joseph B. Riley, 202.5 acres where Wm. Culpepper now lives. Wit: James Fagan, Adam Carson.
