Obituary*16 Jul 2006 Jack Thorton Culpepper, 73, passed away Friday July 14, 2006, at his residence following an extended illness. A native of Brooks County, he had lived in Homerville since 1993, where he had worked with the Bridges of Hope in Argyle. He had been a construction supervisor before coming to Homerville. He was the son of the late Sam Culpepper and Carrie Lee Thompson Culpepper. Survivors are his wife, Robin Culpepper of Argyle; three daughters, Kathy Thierry of Concord; Jackie Culpepper of Tallahassee Fla., and Brandy Clement of Pearson; six sons, Ronnie Culpepper and John Culpepper, both of Quitman, Sammy Culpepper of Chipley, Fla., Jack Culpepper Jr., of Triton, Fla., Richard Culpepper of Macon and Henry Steedley of Argyle; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives. Services for Mr. Culpepper will be held Monday, July 17, 2006, at 2 p.m. at his residence, 1633 Antioch Church Road near Argyle. Memorialization will be by cremation. The family will receive friends this evening at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m.6
