Louise Driggers Culpepper, 88, of Chipola Avenue, a native of DeLand, died Tuesday at Woodland Terrace Extended Care. Mrs. Culpepper, a homemaker, who also worked as a secretary and bookkeeper, was a lifelong resident of Volusia County. A graduate of DeLand High School, she was a member of Church of Christ of DeLand. Survivors include a brother, Olen Driggers, Jacksonville; and three sisters, Estelle Cooper and Helen Nordman, both of DeLand, and Julia Cerny, Jacksonville. Allen-Summerhill, DeLand, is in charge.
