Biography Charley Edward Culpepper, Sr. (Ed) & Rosalie Dawn Culpepper (Rose). Ed and Rose were enjoying a getaway when they were called home on January 8, 2005. This time of sadness for the family is beginning to be replaced by comfort in the knowledge that they passed from this world with their love and their best friend. So as the deep sadness passes, let us rejoice and give thanks for the good promises from our Lord. In Phillippians Paul reminds us "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. " Ed was born in Knights, Fla. on October 7, 1931 and was a lifelong resident of Florida living the last 30+ years in Jacksonville. Rose, born June 7, 1940 was raised in and around Appleton, Wisconsin prior to moving to Florida. The couple leaves behind Charley Edward Culpepper, Jr., Cheryl Ann Walker, William David Culpepper, Trudi Ann Askew, Kristen Nichole Greene, and Ashley Danielle Culpepper. These children have been able to bless their parents with eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Memorial Services for the couple will take place this Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 1:00PM at Baymeadows Community Church located at 4900 Baymeadows Rd, 904-737-8133.
