Obituary*2 Oct 2005 ELOISE -- Ms. Frances Marie Culpepper of Eloise died of heart failure Friday (Sept. 30, 2005) at Winter Haven Hospital. She was 76. Born Feb. 17, 1929, in Winter Haven, Ms. Culpepper lived in Eloise her entire life. She was a homemaker. She served in the American Legion Women's Organization of Winter Haven. She was Baptist. Ms. Culpepper is survived by her son, Wesley Culpepper, Winter Haven; brother, Jack Brooks, Winter Haven; two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Crisp-Coon Funeral Chapel, Winter Haven. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.1
