| Biography* | | Obituary: RAGLAND - Funeral services for Jessie Mae Culpepper Callahan, 80, will be Sunday, Sept. 25 at Ebenezer Baptist Church at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ervin Taylor and Bishop Terry Jones officiating. Burial will be in Morning Star Cemetery. Mrs. Callahan died Tuesday, Sept. 20 at St. Clair Regional Hospital. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. She is survived by daughters, Alice Saulter and Karen Williams both of Ragland; sons, Richard Culpepper and Milford Callahan both of Battle Creek, MI., Ervin Callahan of Grand Rapids, MI., Julius Lamar Callahan and Derrick Callahan both of Ragland; brother, Jesse Culpepper of Center Point; 22 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service. Terry's Metropolitan Mortuary will direct the service.2 |
