Upon arrival by ship into NYC on 24 Jul 1924 (Marcelle not with him), he again said he was born in Fayetteville, NC on 17 Sep 1889, and showed address as 107 Jones Street West, Savannah, GA In 1930 Census, he was back in Manhattan, NY, again indicated that his parents were born in NC, and he was still married to Marcelle, born 1889 in France, with no children.
