Birth*circa 1877 She was born circa 1877 at Attala Co., Mississippi. Georgann appears as a two year old granddaughter in the household of Jim Culpepper in the 1880 census. Of Jim's children, the only one old enough to be her mother is Emily, but Emily does not appear in the 1880 census, and nothing is known about her following her listing as Jim's apparent daughter in the 1870 census.1 
 She was the daughter of Emily Culpepper.1
