Death*1925 He died at Cherokee Co., Alabama, in 1925. This date seems doubtful. His wife Alice appears to have remarried about ten years earlier.. 
Burial* His body was interred at Pleasant Hill Methodist Cemetery, Cherokee Co., Alabama. From Gennie Harris: I have a picture of his marker. His stone was put there by the church members..4 
Biography* Josiah was a Methodist minister.
