It is certain that they were in Upshur County in 1891 because in December of that year they purchased a 100 acre tract of land in the Stamps Community from Savannah's brother, Harrison B. Bland. david and Savannah sold the 100 acre farm in Jul 1899 to their son, Andrew H. Culpepper. In 1900 there were living in the East Mountain Community of Upshur County. Andrew Culpepper sold the 100 acre farm that he had purchased from his parents to his future brother-in-law, Walter E. Jones, in January 1900. At the time of the conveyance A. H. Culpepper was listed as a resident of Franklin Co, TX. |
