Graveside service will be Friday, January 24, at 1 p.m. from Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Hoover. Visitation will be Friday from 11 a.m. until service time. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Joan Culpepper; son, William Joseph Culpepper of Winter Haven, Fla; stepsons, Michael Harris of Winter Haven, Fla. and Willis Harris of Bessemer; sisters, Ora Mae (Culpepper) Howard of Donaldsonville, Ga., Doris (Culpepper) Mims of Crawfordsville, Fla. and Lobis (Culpepper) Brown of Panama City, Fla; brother, Shelton Culpepper of Apopka, Fla; six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
