| Research note* | 19 May 2004 | James Henry Culpepper of KY and TN is suggested as a son of Henry and Edith Culpepper, because Henry was known to have had a son James, otherwise unaccounted for, and because James H. named a son James Warren Culpepper. Henry had a son, Warren, so James H. would have been naming a son for his brother Warren. Further proof of this connection is needed. Henry's 1815 estate records should be checked for some reference to this son and his location in 1815. Also, his county of residence in 1815 or thereafter could be checked for a power of attorney deed related to Henry's estate. Your help with this person will be appreciated.
