Biography* Obituary:
MAGNOLIA, ARK. - Services for Little Charlie "Toby" Culpepper, 88, of Magnolia will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday 24 Jul 1986 at the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel in Magnolia. Dr. L. L. Hunnicutt and Brother Jack Wilson will officiate, assisted by Dr. Luther Hall. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Magnolia. Mr. Culpepper died Tuesday, 22 Jul 1986, at Highland Hospital in Shreveport, LA. He was a member of the Central Baptist Church of Magnolia. Mr. Culpepper was retired from Exxon, after 47 years of service. He is survived by one daughter. Lane C. Adcock of Shreveport, LA; and one brother, P. C. Culpepper of Joaquin, TX. (Source: Douglas O.
