Biography* 10 Jun 1759, Norfolk Tithables, "Robert, Sampson, Reuben & John Culpepper" (same household), 4 tithes. John's first appearance in the tithe records, he should be about 16 years old. 
Research note*26 May 2004 It is very difficult to distinguish this John and his brother William from the sons of Thomas Culpepper named John and William. It is possible that some records attributed to John, son of Thomas, actually apply to this John.
