businessman, died Sept. 27, 1990 in his home. Mr. Culpepper had been a captain in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a Shriner. Survivors include his wife, Mildred E. Culpepper; a daughter; Katherine C. Ritchie of Atlanta; a son, Garland L. Culpepper III of Fort
Lauderdale, Fla; his mother; Mabel T. Culpepper of Portsmouth; a
sister, Margaret C. Parker of Boynton Beach, Fla; a brother, William T. Culpepper of Virginia Beach; and a grandchild. The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Arthur W. Winfield. Foster Funeral Home is handling arrangements.2
