Obituary*5 May 1994 Stephen Douglas Culpepper, a self-employed native of Norfolk County, Va., went home to be forever with the Lord May 3, 1994. He was the son of the late Leroy N. and Ruth W. Culpepper, III. He was raised by Joseph N. Pope and the late Annie C. Pope. He was the beloved husband of Charlotte W. Culpepper, devoted father of Stephen D. Culpepper Jr. and Kimberly C. Dezern, loving brother of Shirley C. Wilder, Norma C. Stanton, Carol C. Williams, Phyllis C. Sawyer, Eleanor C. Sibley, Sylvia C. Applewhite, Joann P. Armstrong and Joseph N. Pope Jr., and stepson of Grace M. Culpepper. He was a devoted fan of amateur wrestling and jack of all trades. The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Deep Creek Baptist Church by the Rev. Norman K. March. Burial will be in the Culpepper Family Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to John Hagee Ministries, Box 1400, San Antonio, Texas 78295-1400.3 
Burial*6 May 1994 His body was interred on 6 May 1994 at Culpepper Cemetery, South Norfolk, Norfolk Co., Virginia.3
