| | He was the son of Henry Culpepper III, of Norfolk Co., VA and Mary J. Bruce. |
| Marriage* | say 1752 | He married (?) (?) at Norfolk Co., Virginia, say 1752. |
| Death* | after 1761 | He died after 1761. |
| Research note* | 22 May 2004 | Jeremiah Culpepper is mentioned in Norfolk Tithable records between 1751 and 1761, first with his mother Mary, and later with his brother Henry. He disappears from Norfolk records after 1761, and it is not known if he left descendants. The name Jeremiah occurs later in the family of Henry Culpepper of Martin County, NC, whose ancestry is otherwise unknown. Perhaps this Henry was a son of Jeremiah. See Martin County deeds in the Archives Section at this Web Site. The name Jeremiah was also used in the family of James Culpepper of Nash County, NC. That James was probably this Jeremiah's brother.
