 He was the son of John Lord Mowbray 4th Baron of Mowbray and Elizabeth de Seagrave Duchess of York. 
Marriage1383 He married Elizabeth Strange in 1383. 
Marriage*Jul 1384 He married Elizabeth Fitzalan at Arundel Castle, Arundel, co. Sussex, England, in Jul 1384. 
Death*22 Sep 1399 He died at Venice, Italy, on 22 Sep 1399. 
Burial*after 22 Sep 1399 His body was interred after 22 Sep 1399 at St. George's Abbey, Venice, Italy. 
Biography* His titles also included Lord Seagrave, Earl of Nottingham, and 6th Lord Mowbray. Daughters Isabel and Margaret eventually became co-heirs of the Dukedom of Norfolk. The Complete Peerage conflcits with itself on which was the elder daughter. Ferrers Vol. V, p 357, says Isabel was the elder, but Norfolk, Vol IX, p 610, note c, says Margaret was probably older as her son inherited the title.
