Memorandum The 31 March 1675 att night / Mr Henry Culpepper being then very sick and weake of Body But in perfect memory and understanding Did in the presence of us whose names are here underwritten solemnly declare this to be his Last will and Testament Impirimis he giveth and bequeatheth to his dear wife Dorothy Culpepper a lease of a house and land lying and being att Bockin in Essex of 34 £ per Annum or thereabout, so long as his Mother Eliza: Wentworth shall live.
