Biography* On 25 Oct 1675, a year after the death of their father, siblings Alleyne Culpeper, Francis Culpepper and Margaret Culpeper Skeete were named in the will of their uncle, Reynold Alleyne. No other siblings were listed. On 22 Nov 1680, Francis witnessed the will codicil of John Chapmn, so he must have been at least 18 at that time. In a will dated 5 Apr 1695 in Christ Church, Stephen Browne Gent. names his cousins John Evans, Mary Evans & Elizabeth (Evans) Culpeper widow. Thus Francis, appears to have died prior to 1695.
