Probate*20 Jul 1714 Francis's will was probated at Saint Philip, Barbados, on 20 Jul 1714. 
Biography* In his grandmother Margaret Evan's will, dated 11 Jun 1694, he was under age 21. But in his father's will 22 Oct 1703, he was apparently over the age of 23 and appeared to be the oldest child. His parents were married in March 1676, so he was born bewteen 1677 and 1680. On 12 Oct 1702 in St. Philip, Francis witnessed the will of John Jackman. On 19 Aug 1709 in St. Philip, Francis witnessed the will of Capt. John Brathwaite. In his own will dated 2 Jan 1713/4 and proved 20 Jul 1714, Francis named: Niece Ann Ince at 18 the daughter of Mary Ince my late sister; brother-in-law John Ince; brothers Alleyne Culpeper, John Culpeper, William Culpeper, and my sister Margaret Quintyne and her husband Edward Quintyne. He does not appear to have been married or to have had any children.
