As will more fully appear by James Lewelling's and wife deeds and release to the aforesaid Bownesses. Wit: And. Kidd, William C. Veale, Wilson Williams, Annas Culpepper relinquishes dower.
Research note*24 May 2004 David was probably a grandson of Robert Culpepper Jr. of Norfolk, but which of Robert Jr.'s sons was his father is unclear.

Since David didn't mention his children by name in his will they are largely unknown. Perhaps Norfolk tax records around the time of his death would shed more light on them. Or their father might have been mentioned in their Norfolk death record, if any.

David was probably not a son of Robert Jr.'s son Daniel Culpepper, since he was not mentioned in Daniel's will.
