| Married Name | before 1675 | As of before 1675, her married name was Culpeper of Barbados. |
| Biography* | | There is no hard evidence to support this Elizabeth as the wife of John. However, in a will dated 10 May 1681 in St. George and proved 17 May 1681, George Courtieran names Elizabeth Culpeper as his mother and bequeathes to her the land of his father, George Courtier. Thus, Elizabeth appears to have married a Culpeper after the death of her previous husband, George Courtier. Then, in a pedigree chart entitled, "Culpeper of Barbados of Bayfield and elsewhere in that Island", an Elizabeth is shown as the wife of John Culpeper (d. 1676) and she had a will dated 1686. The pedigree also shows two daughters from the marriage, one of whom died in infancy in 1676. Thus if this information is all correct, Elizabeth would have probably married Courtier prior to 1674, and perhaps many years before that.
