| Biography* | Obituary: Ruth C. Ingram September 18, 1911- January 10, 2005 PHENIX CITY, AL. Mrs. Ruth C. Ingram, 93, of Phenix City, died Monday, Jan. 10 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12 in the Chapel of the Pines Mausoleum of Parkhill Cemetery, with Dr. Buddy Cooper officiating, according to McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus. Visitation will be held 1:00 Wednesday at the Chapel of the Pines. Mrs. Ingram was born on Sept. 18, 1911 in Junction City, Ga., to the late Mittie Kellum Culpepper and the late James Culpepper. Mrs. Ingram was a retired Executive Secretary for Monroe Calculating Machine Company. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and an active member of the McTier Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bert Ingram and a son, C. Norman Ingram. Survivors include one daughter, Sandra and husband Jimmy Cross of Phenix City; one daughter-in-law Kae Ingram of Tallahassee, Fla; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Columbus Hospice of Phenix City, 1521 5th Ave., Phenix City, Ala., 36867.
