My stepfather was John Alva Hurt who is buried in Huntington, Utah. He died about 1984 or 1985. I knew Floyld and Jess, and I think there may have been another brother and two sisters, Nellie and Mahala, whom I also met as a child. I know that some of the families lived in Oklahoma and were originally from Missouri. Any information would be appreciated. I live south of Salt Lake City in a town called Lehi, Utah. I have often wondered whatever happened to the Hurt family."1
